Even though the they had several lines going, and the line was contained within the store - each person in line felt like they took close to 5 minutes to get served. So definitely expect a wait even if there are a handful of people in the restaurant. As for the food, I got the pastrami, and brisket combo. The pastrami was honestly super underwhelming. Yes it was relatively juicy, and decently flavorful, the texture was wholly unappealling. When eaten in single pieces, it's not bad, but layered

Sceney spot that's both a chic lounge with DJs & a modern steakhouse serving prime cuts & seafood.
We were invited back to STK for a Chef's Tasting by management to make up for the poor first experience we had. The menu wasn't that thrilling but it was definitely a better experience than our last. The mushroom tagliatelle was delicious. The sea bass was good but it was also sweet which wasn't expected. Both sides were delicious and that cloud cake was beautiful visually and tasted delicious. Suggestion for those visiting with children- they use Rum to melt thru the cotton candy so maybe don't

Modern outpost of a longtime counter-serve pizza joint prepping New York-style slices and pies.
We tried this iconic NY pizza spot on our first evening in Times Square. We ordered two slices of the plain cheese pizza, one slice of spinach pizza and one Margherita slice. We enjoyed all of them, but the spinach pizza turned out to be our favorite. Even though we visited during the busy evening rush and the queue was quite long, the service was quick and we didn't have to wait long. We enjoyed our dinner inside while soaking in the lively atmosphere and vibe. It was a classic New York City e

Came here a couple years ago for a trip and had a blast. The atmosphere was lively and fun, with great music and an awesome collection of rock memorabilia. The food was delicious and everything came out fresh and hot. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. What a fun experience! It an OG dinner with waiting stuff walk around serving and singing. Great place to chill and have a nice time watching a glance of the Hudson side. Food is good, but I was not overly impressed. It’s def a 4 stars place. Yes, I’ve been around this area and it is highly competitive. Price is ok and portions are good. Service is def 4 to 5 stars. They move around quick, professionally and do their best as expected. Icesis was an awesome server. That is always an important part of dining out. The food selection was amazing. I really enjoyed the pot roast, butterfly shrimp, Alfredo pasta with chicken and creamed spinach. Not to mention the dessert selection was massive. The manager was also very nice. They give you the option to use your debit card to get cash back for a tip for your server, that’s awesome. Good service = Good tip. Keep up the good work Golden, we’ll be back!!

There's an anything-goes vibe at this well-worn haunt, where weekends attract a lively crowd.
A wonderful time. I was recommended this bar by a local employee, specifically for the events they would host thru the month. Stopped by Los Tacos No. 1 at Grand Central for lunch, and it absolutely lived shortcuts or compromises. There was a long 20-minute queue when I arrived, but don't let that deter you—the line moves fast, and it is 100% worth the wait! The ordering process is super efficient. I love eating hot dogs 🌭, but I usually hold back for weight control reasons. However, coming to this iconic place, I finally gave in. The all-beef wiener was a big plus for me. A pretty cool little pub-restaurant-hang-out spot in Red Hook, not far from the Louis Valentino, Jr. Park. It’s a large place, with a bar, indoor dining room, back outdoor dining area, and side dining area with a stage for performances. I came out on a Sunday while visiting friends in Brooklyn. The bands The Thing and Figure of Fun played, and there was a children’s craft area, and families hanging out. Good times!
